Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Task Hammer Automations website and services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Task Hammer Automations provides AI operations systems for service businesses, including AI receptionist, lead nurture, intake/qualifier, review, and reporting modules. Specific scope is defined in each client agreement.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when requested
• Grant the access required to install and operate the system
• Use services in compliance with applicable laws

Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in your service agreement. Plans are month-to-month after the first 3 months unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

Workflows, prompts, and systems created by Task Hammer Automations remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their business operations.

Limitation of Liability

Task Hammer Automations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement per the terms of the service agreement. Upon termination, your access to active services and deliverables provided as a service may end. Sections meant to survive (IP, liability, payment owed) remain in effect.
